Apply for pre-approval.
We know it’s tedious, but we’re here to take the work out of it. We’ll let you know what information you need to bring with you to make it faster and easier than you’d thought possible. Once you’re pre-approved, your lender may fix your interest rate, giving you time to house hunt comfortably.
House hunting.
Open Door can introduce you to a real estate agent or home builder who can help you find or build a home that you love. Once you’ve made your offer, Open Door goes to work finalizing your mortgage, getting the necessary approvals and documentation.
